A refundable deposit of £100 plus 20% of the total price is required when booking the apartment.
The changeover day is Saturday, however in the low season this may be flexible.
Please note: Those clients booking the apartment outside the EU can pay by Paypal or direct into our Spanish Bank account. All deposit returns will be paid by Paypal/Netbank because of high bank charges in returning deposits.
