We are selling our beautiful beachfront apartment which
we bought in 2005. When we bought the apartment the building was very shabby
and in a real mess. The apartment itself was very dated. Since then the
building has been repaired and painted and we spent 13 weeks completely refurbishing
the apartment. We re-tiled the bathroom and
shower-room and replaced the bath, sinks, bidet, toilets and shower and
cubicle. We fitted a brand new kitchen (with units we brought over from the UK)
and fitted new appliances. We
re-plastered most of the walls and fitted an outside awning. The apartment was
finally finished in 2006 when we had the whole floor re-tiled throughout.
It is with great sadness we are selling, but we have to
as our work situation has changed and we now need the money. If we win the
Lottery we will be keeping it.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of
the people who have rented the apt in the past for their custom, and judging by
the comments in the visitors book, we can
see that they appreciated the magic of the place.
Frontline apartments rarely come up for sale in Los
Alcazares and when they do they always fetch a premium. Our apartment is in the best part of Los
Alcazares. It is within a 2 minute walk
to the centre of town and there is free parking outside the door.
